Oh, come on. U know everything about this game. I just asking is it is worth putting points beyond 150% for example? "keep putting points into the small guns skill until you think it's good enough" well, that's it... what is good enough? ty

OK, I get it. I av read Per's guide, Charisma is clear now (more or less ;)). Could u just give me a hint what would be the reasonable level for small guns? 140? 170? (have perception of 8 and will get the sniper perk). I just don't wanna 'waste' skill points, and u r an experienced player...

And one more... If i pick only 2 CH at the beginning will that effect negatively my game? (besides the limit for NPCs in the team - which in this case will be 1, right?). Davva

Errr, another noob question... How high the small guns skill (for example) should be raised? I mean in general, is it worth to max out any skill to 300%? thanx Davva

Could u guys explain me step by step how to install fallout 2 with restoration patch in win 7? I have read that it shouldn't be be installed in the "program files" folder. So, like an installation to c:\fallout2 for example will work fine?

just to be sure... I am using win 7 32 bit If I Install fallout to c:\fallout2 and the restoration patch on it, should work fine, right? I am just asking, becasue I had fallout 2 installed in the program files directory, than the restoration patch on it and it seemed to work ok...

so, I should make a clean install to c:/fallout2 for example and apply the patch, that should be fine, right? (I did not disable or enable UAC, don't even know what it is - but do not tell anybody :P)

Hi, I have just installed fallout 2 and the new version of "restoration patch". Works fine, but being a newbie in that area, I have a question. In the game options - clicking "scrn" - there is a "hi res" and a "sfall" tab. Both have resolution settings. So I guess they should be the same or...

WorldMapEncounterRate Hi all! Fallout 3 inspired me to go back to Fallout 2, which I never finished. So I av found killap's patch, seems to be working fine, but I get too many encounters on world map. I know there is the instruction in the readme how to alter that. Still I am wondering...
