I think it should remain the same and players should start off with nothing but a radio. Do you know what the feeling was of getting your hands on your first 10mm pistol in OB1???

Death needs to be severe! Where else will we get an adrenaline rush from? Knowing that everything is on the line when it comes to your life. When I killed someone in a battle I wanna do exactly that...take them completely off the field causing them the most inconvenient time of their gaming...

Actually I think a prison would be better! Players get spawned in prison after they get there ass handed to them by town guards. Murder is 500 days you have to sleep off via PipBoy or make the sentence as long as it takes just to make sleeping off those days totally annoying to the penalized...
