A bug in Dead Money, need help fast!

First time out of the vault
I tried searching the whole internet, I found nothing, I encountered a bug on the mission "Curtain Call at the Tampico", after I kill Dean Domino, a window saying "Dean has died" pops up and it won't let me close it, I keep pressing OK and it would just dont disappear, please help me find a solution to this bug, I'd prefer nothing complicated, making me go back the saves, I'd really appreciate it you would find a fix, I've been trying to find a solution for 2 hours.
 
Tried reloading from the auto save from me entering the theater, redoing the whole situation again, without the speech checks or anything, just doing everything straight, still every time I kill him it keeps telling me "Dean has died" and won't let me close it.
 
If you are on PC, open the Console (~) key and type 'cam' (Without quotes) or 'closeallmenus' (without quotes).

If you are using Steam, this will disable Achievements. So, after you do this, save the game, quit and open it again.
 
Do you have any mods? This seems really really odd.


And, did you use any console commands in the DLC? Things like 'movetoqt' 'coc' 'tcl' tend to break Trigger Scripts, causing triggers to not fire.
 
I actually used 'movetoqt' twice on the part where you have to activate the security holograms for Dean, what do I have to do now?
 
I don't think that it messes up that part.. But I am not sure.


There is a mod called 'Dean Turnaround', use the non-lore or the Lore version. Allows you to turn Dean on your side if you have to kill him.
 
Hey this still doesn't work, I ran out of games to play and I just noticed that I had the game left over, I gave up all the searches back then and I wanna continue my adventure in FNV :P, so please, anyone has any solutions for this?
 
This is just a idea, talk to him don't kill him with your weapon of choice step back open the console select him and type "kill" without the quotes.
 
(Save before doing this)
In the console, type "completequest xx013a43".
You might need to do some no clipping to get out of the theatre though.
You can also try typing "caqs" in the console.
This will immediately complete the quest.
