A chance encounter between NMA'ers

I am somewhat surprised about that there are quite a few Germans in here, or at least people that talk German.

Curious how many are from Heidelberg? Or Mannheim? If you ever happen to visit that area give me a shout, sure possible to get an meeting.

When I was in Texas, I was within easy reach of Pope Viper and Hoxie both, but circumstances kept me from getting together with the former and I wasn't aware of the latter until after leaving the state.

I did, once long ago, meet up with a legacy NMA-er by the name of mrmodem, if anyone remembers him. Had a beer at some student venue back when he was a student and I could still reasonably pass for one, strolled around San Jose and chatted. Great guy. He's long since left our company, though.
 
Never had the chance before. I live in Bulgaria and here have a fan site http://wasteland-bg.com ,some of the users organize meeting every last saturday of the month,but I never meet them. The forum is cool place, but is very quiet from long time. From NMA I know 2 or 3 bulgarians ,never meet them too.
 
Never really met anyone here before. I live in America, and from what I know, many of the higher ups here are from Europe.
 
Live in Arizona and I think another member here lives a bit North from me.

However with my responsibilities, I don't have much time to get out.
 
I know they're at least a couple more fellow argies here in the forum, never met any of them tho. Not sure where in Argentina they live. I am from Buenos Aires City.

If any of you ever happen to visit Buenos Aires just let me know and we'll meet up or something.
 
I've had sex-filled weekends with Wooz over at his place in Warsaw, and over at my place in Bruges. Sex and Hearts of Iron. Good times.
We always said we'd do it again, but I guess it never really quite came of it.

I've had beers with Alec on a Ghent terrace. Suprisingly, he's actually a pretty pleasant guy. He even gave me life advice and everything.

Also I've been stalking Clerqueer for YEARS.

Let me ask you this: how long have you known your current romantic interest? And do you really know EVERYTHING that transpired in her life before she met you?
 
I've known her for 13 years and we've been together for 11 so I'm not sure what you're getting at... :?

I'm belgian, but I visited Heidelberg last year (with a swiss mil int guy and an american on leave from Afghanistan :crazy: what a weird troika).

Nice town to visit, but doesn't compare to Ghent for studying/partying. :P
 
I believe Buxbaum and me are the only ones living in Best Germany, all the rest live in the west. So, that makes it quite hard to meet some NMAers. :)
 
you damn communists! When shit hits the fan, I have the Americans here in Heidelberg to defend me!
