A suggestion for a (mostly) non-lethal melee weapon

First time out of the vault
In the files for Fallout, there is a weapon mod called Weapon Enhanced Knockout (or something like that). Can someone make a small mod that either makes a new, low-damage weapon with the mod on it, or just edits the already existing nightstick (club) to deal less damage and also come with the mod? Maybe a Fallout 2 variant, aswell? Though I'm not sure if this specific mod exists in Fallout 2.

The mod itself makes all criticals render opponents unconscious.

I don't know if it's relevant but the Club in Nevada should use the weapon ability “Enhanced Knockout” and in Resurrection it's the Plasma Cannon that does.
I haven't tested it in-game, though.

Is Nevada a mod? I'm pretty new to the whole modding scene of fallout 1, and fallout 1 in general (I've only really played New Vegas) If it is a full blown overhaul mod, I'm going to have to pass, but if it's just a mod that changes a few features and such I'll give it a shot.

Nevada is a total conversion (a full game of its own). And a very good one at that. In fact there is a very nice library of Classic Fallout games if using all options out there.

Ah, I won't download it, then. I prefer playing Fallout 1's original story (for now) with maybe a few fixes and such.

Not in Fallout engine since that stuff is hard-coded. Crafty is probably the only one who could do that but I doubt it's something which he'd implement. Best to wait for engine conversion to be finished :) There's all sorts of cool stuff for Fallout2 engine.

Will all the weapon perks of F2 be transferred to F1 aswell?

They will all be supported yes since it's the Fallout 2 engine but not necessarily implemented. If they were it would be optional .
