I have compiled almost full Fallout2 most useful NPC descriptions, which also include skilldex and stats.
NPCs described include:
Sulik
Cassidy
Vic
Myron
Brain Bot (Skynet)

Doc format (created with Open Office and not tested with MS Word):

Great job. I was looking for such list some time ago, didn't found one and used FUCK.

By the way, I have some suggestions:

•Add the other NPCs - Dogmeat, Cyberdog, K-9, Lenny and Goris. This way, your list will be more complete.

•You are missing an important stat: How often and when they have a chance to level. Like, Vic levels every 4 player levels and he levelups first at level 5. This is very important for powerplaying.

• I also suggest you add the resistances and thresholds every level. Yes, I know it's a lot of work, but this makes the list more complete. Also, you could make them at different links, because this way it will become too long.

I never intended to make it complete and I am not gonna add useless NPCs.

•You are missing an important stat: How often and when they have a chance to level. Like, Vic levels every 4 player levels and he levelups first at level 5. This is very important for powerplaying.
In original F2 they level up randomly. Only in Killap's Restoration project they level up like you described.

As I said before, I never intended to make this list complete.

Anyway, feel free to create a new page in falloutmods.wikia.com and include all the stuff my list is missing.
 
Hakimio's descriptions don't even take into account the default skill level which is based on the character's primary stats (i. e. if the *.pro file for "Sulik level 1" has 37 as his Small Guns skill, his actual skill in game will be 70 because the default value for this skill is 5+(4*AG) and this makes 33 since his Agility is 7 at level 1).

Here are my descriptions. They are done as a MS Excel sheet to take as little screen area as possible. They contain all the stats that affect gameplay for everyone but dogs (I don't think anybody really needs them). The "T" column is for you to test the effects of stat-affecting items (drugs and similar).

Heh... EVEN... You know, I did that on purpose so that you could bash me :twisted:
Anyway, I FIXED the incorrect values in my descriptions (most of them were already correct because I copied them from Falout bible).

Thanks for sharing your descriptions, but, you know, there isn't even animation lists :D

Well, if you found my post offensive then you shouldn't be so easily offended. You were just told that your descriptions were incorrect. BTW, they still are, because Sulik and Vic have only six and not seven levels each (there are *.pro files for higher levels, but they're not used). If you played Fallout 2 and/or read the guide by Per Jorner which is a must for every self-respecting Fallout enthusiast, you should've noticed this.

My goal was to document stats as something mostly invisible in the game. As to animations, most characters will tell what weapons they can use. Besides, animations are already listed in the Per Jorner's guide.
