Best free forum hosting

What are the best free forum hosting places available? I currently use forumer, and well, I just am sick of it...

I currently run my own forum HERE and I am the admin, but am getting sick of some of the issues arising with forumer, as well as their "I don't know whether or not the server will be coming back up" or whatever.

I have scoped out a few places, but I am reluctant to try some of these different hosts.

So any ideas people of NMA? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Invisionfree seemed pretty good when I was using it for a project yeah. I'm not that tech savvy though, but the computer people thought it was fine.

Whatever happened to your CivCity forum?

Too many spammers signing up, and it was far too difficult to delete their posts and accounts using the basics I had in front of me. Forumer has since increased security levels by adding new features, but these spambots still plague forumer forums.

I will have to check out invisionfree, I'm more of a phpBB person though...

Make sure your free provider has an option to backup your database, in case you are not very fond of them and want a "duyvours".

Well my current host (Forumer) doesn't allow backup of the database, so if everything goes bad, a few hackers break through. All is lost.

They do allow some kind of protection, but it costs to create an 'insurance' policy on it, so bugger it
