Bought Fallout 1 UK retail box sealed, but it had no inlays

I bought Fallout 1 retail box UK version sealed in ebay, but when I opened I had a bad surprise... no inlays in the jewel case (I even made an haiku about this).
Anyone else had this unfortunate experience? With any sealed game?

The box was indeed sealed in perfect condition, as well as the manual and the CD.
The paper texture on the box did seem a bit strange and the CD has a serial number that starts with "CD2-W95".
It seems a bit far-fetched the scenario of the seller trying to rip me off by printing the cover for the card box, but not printing the inlays for the CD jewel case.

Box contents: VD survival guide manual, jewel case without inlays and with red cd, flyer by Interplay.

tl,dr: I am very pissed off.

The only option I see is to google for the covers and print the inlays, which will look like crap! Buying the cheap DVD version is no option since I suspect it's a DVD case, therefore no cd inlays.

Suggestions? Comments?

The paper stuff that comes with the cd case as cover.

Maybe it was a fail print / package that you just bought. Funny accident (?). Guess writing a mail to Interplay now will not help anything anymore. :>

I think that he should write an extremely angry letter to Interplay anyway. Maybe something interesting will come of it! Like a form letter!

Yeah, I downloaded the covers from there, but I haven't printed yet.
I'll have to see if I can get a decent cd-cover printing program first, make a test first, and print in HQ using photographic paper.
I have a question: did Fallout inlays resumed to those 3 images? Or did the CD include a booklet?

Pixote, it wasn't cheap at all. 50£+9£ transportation (I'm in Europe but no in UK)
Some weeks before I bought mine there was a cooler box version (not the usual vertical box, but instead the horizontal box with the card flap at the front) in mint condition, and the guy refuse to sell outside UK... the guy who won the bid paid 33£! A real bargain.
