Do I still need the unofficial FO4 patch in 2024?

I've been watching modding videos trying to figure out which mods would really benefit me in 2024. Do we still need the Unofficial Community Patch? It was a big deal 7 years ago, I remember that much. But did Bethesda ever implement any of it in their updates?

I ask because I don't want to buy all of the DLC's. I have played those before, and I'm really only interested in the base game. But the unofficial patch only works if you have every single DLC Bethesda produced, even the Halloween mod. So as you can imagine, that will be expensive. So it would be nice if the patch was no longer relevant.

Not that many people play Fallout 4, I think that's the reason. I hope you find answers to your questions somewhere at least.

Fallout4 players are mostly concentrated in Nexus forum, you can find them there. Both NMA and RPGCodex dont have that many, or actively showing that they played it.
