Do You Get The Enhancement Implants?

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
Getting the Assault Enhancement Implants further increases damage resistance against bullets, explosions, laser, plasma, and fire, yet decreases Charisma by 1. Are they still worth getting?
 
Well if I've played fallout that would depend if I was this smoth talking dude that charms my shit out of everting.

So yeah I hop that explains that for yuo.
 
Anything that increases your stats are obviously worth getting, however they are not really needed for anything. So if you want them get them if not, don't worry about it.
