E-DE - enclave transmission

I heard E-DE can reveal some kind of secret Enclave transmission, as it is the only one remainder after the great Enclave.

My question is, how can I force it to do so?

Some special keywords trigger him to Play other Enclave logs. Talk to NPCs, ask about things and stuff, after some time you will get to the next part of the Quest.

Tip: ED-E is not the only Enclave-related thing you will see in the Mojave.

So far as the tip is concerned, I must pore over the game harder.

Go to Old Lady Gibson, or talk to anybody that talsk about Hellios One, or says the word Enclave (for osme reason the Vertibird Pilot in Novac doesn't trigger it), you have to wait 1 in game day mroe or less between triggers, or else it wont work.

5 or more actually between first and second trigger . And 2 for the last .
Doctor Henry in Jacobstown is also a good one to talk to as he mentions Navarro .
