Exiting zone not working bug!

Plaristote

First time out of the vault
Hi there fellows !

Sooner this week I decided to finish Fallout Tactics once again. It has been a lot of fun, but here's the thing : I've been using always the same saving slot.

So, when, on my way to the last mission in Cheyenne Mountain, I encountered Phil, the nuka-cola guy... I first didn't realize how big a mistake it was to use only one saving slot.
I had to try to get out of the encounter to notice it : it has been absolutly impossibru. I put all my team inside the hummer, and wander all over the exiting zone : nothing happens. I put my team outside the hummer, same problem.

So, what's happenin' ? Has anyone met this problem already ?
I'm using the 1.27 version by the way.

about... 80 maybe 90% of special events have that problem, though that's only if you enter them a 2nd time.
Though that problem can pop up like a bad rash the first time and sometimes even on missions.

There might be someone on the forum that could fix it by editting a few of the files and a line of script that makes the extraction area work, but it's either very hard or no one knows how, I've no idea.

If you've saved on the world map, you should just reload that, hopefully you saved after the previous mission and when you head to the mountain... take a slight detour from the area where the SE happened and you might be able to avoid it and continue on.

If you've either saved on the SE map or saved say about 4 or 5 missions before where you're stuck at... you may consider suing the nuka cola company in fallout and possibly shoot phil cause you're stuck or you're going to be slightly annoyed having to redo those missions again. or very angry to start over.

That is actually impossible, you cannot edit or do anything to a map the player has already ventured to, now maps and or missions you haven't ventured to you can edit and change and that is a Fact!
