Awesome, except for the hands. They look so... fragile. And it looks as if they wouldn't be able to hold anything, what with that weird glove.

It's nicely done, but surely doesn't look like an Exterminator. It doesn't even look dangerous. I mean , it looks like the dude from Toy Story (Buzz?), except the fact that it has neat nipples.

Seriously, I think the model is great. It does look a bit like Buzz from Toy Story, but I think a few textures here and there will give him the appropriate, menacing look.

I wonder how you guys made its skeleton frame for animation, as you probably know, you should do it in a way so that it moves...clumsily.

I like the sketch better than the 3D model, but I guess we'll have to wait for the texturing to really tell.

Reminds me of some early spacesuit concepts. Large fishbowl with lots of padding. Maybe lower the guards around the bubble somewhat and add some lights.
