Fallout 1 - Does the Bonus HtH Attack's and Slayer perks...

..apply to melee? I know the Bonus HtH Damage perk applies because it says it in the description (+2 points of damage for hand-to-hand and melee attacks (including Melee attacks!) but i just wanted to know if Bonus HtH Attack's and Slayer also apply to melee?

They do apply, saying "HtH or melee". I think the only one that doesn't is HtH Evade, which is fairly explicit about it.
