Fallout 2 exp points levels.

Check up sfall (ddraw.ini) more recent versions have the options to set your own custom exp points required for all levels.
Be advised though it's going to be a lot of work if you want to implement new exp. for all 99 levels, as you'll only get so many levels you've specified exp points for. therfore it is possible to create a level cap at a lower point than 99.
