Fallout 2 New Vehicle (Redding)... odd, help ?

Hey guys
Just stumbled upon a complete new vehicle in Fallout 2 (regular Win95 version, no patches, no killap installed) as I had no issues in prior runs.
Surely, for the first time my car disappeared but that is not the point. After obtaining the GECK, I made my way back with a stop at Redding.
There, I encountered a complete new car, only titled as "Car". It looks completely different and it makes the engine-start noise when activating it, but then a message stats "The car is out of power".

Any idea what that is???

P.S. no idea why it is not posting car horizontal....it was when I uploaded it.

Nm, it looks like it is my actual car that was lost down in Vault 13, just bugged. Trunk is missing but the trunk is in middle of the map in Redding, lol....

Ok, found out how you can obtain the car again when lost (when you do not use killap patch like me, lol).
Car appears in Redding without the trunk (as seen in picture), just fuel it up (and sit in it), car is yours again. Next time I still use that patch tho !! As I never had any issues before except the Ghouls at Geck randomly attacking me after returning, but I avoided getting shot at with good sneak skills that I always have.
