First time out of the vault
The patch introduces some interesting new features, such as:
- Inability to get back to the game if you Alt-Tab out of it (End Task, restart, reload last save)
- Random crashes and freezes
- VATS lag
- Mouse acceleration issues
- VATS hit percentages take a severe hit
For most people who had CTD issues prior to the patch, it doesn't help. For people who didn't have technical issues, it introduces quite a few new ones.
