Can they like, I dunno, add to the main game and it's gameplay instead of settlements for once? Settlements are pointless except they look nice.
If they're going to keep adding to settlements, at least make it to where the more defense you have the bigger raiding parties are and you'll actually get attacked by raiders. Pretty much putting down one turret facing a settlers bed will keep raiders away.
