Pretty much most of my own points on Fallout 4 though the reviewer is rather forgiving towards Fallout 3 and elements of it such as the Karma system.
Personally I would have made it a more general 'reputation' system next to the faction reputation system.
What is left to add, it is not a very good Fallout game, it is not that enjoyable a sandbox game, and even as a hiking simulator it can only entertain you so long.

He hit on a point that I've rambling about for a while too, and that is BGS' fundamental design change. Even going back to Morrowind BGS has never made deep RPG's, but they made great choose your own adventure sandboxes with RPG elements; FO4 has none of the Bethesda freedom from their previous games.

I didn't watch the whole thing but I'll say this, the ending to the video was perfect. It is insulting to Fallout fans and Bethesda fans, the game is a complete disaster. I'd love to make a video dissecting the game for it's flaws, maybe someday.
