Well, I am from Poland and I love Fallout games!
Even if the cost could be 5 times more I will buy the game.
For now I have original Polish version and original English version of FO1/2 and FT So I do not need buy next one

Nah, it's rather love - our publishers rarely lay out money for titles to rot in bargain bins. We've had numerous editions of Fallout, and all of them sold reasonably well

I wander how many copies of Fallout were sold in Poland, quite many I think.
And for PA, we have a polish PNP RPG called Neuroshima, which is much better than Gamma World or Darwin's World, and it's also quite a big commercial success in Poland it's the #2 best selling RPG just after D&D.

it doesn't in Europe. but hey, we didnt get any spiralbound manuals either (grmbl), so that's not a guarantee it'll be the same in the US...
