It's not a piece of artwork, it is a level for Return To Castle Wolfenstien, set just after the war, it's dark and smoggy because of Nuclear Winter. I have a few other caps from this level. This was the first engine I was developing this MOD for. I gave up on the Quake style engines, because there just wasn't enough interaction available, even through elaborate scriptiing. The Quake3A engine is good for FPS, but not for FPRPG. I next switched to the Unreal2003 Tournament engine, although I ran into similar problems, just not enough flexibility. I may still model in Unreal but I believe I will be porting the finished levels into yet another engine, this time the 3D game space engine, so that I can actually release it as a MOD.

I hope that explains why the image is so dark. I'll tell you though, it was pretty creepy walking through this dark fog, and only hearing your own footsteps, and the wind.

I understand why its so dark but even in fallout things aint dark as this.

I like the train pic very much :D but you should add stuff to it. it just looks unimpressive.

Elissar, King, thank you. I don't have a demo of the level, but I am preparing to create a movie from a Vault-based level done in Unreal. I'm thinking of making it Machinima so it looks more like a movie than some guy running around in spectator mode in Unreal.

I wasn't planning on announcing it for some time, but shortly I will be looking for a (some) scriptors, and character modelers to start pulling this MOD together as a playable game.
