Nice and fast, Bethesda has released the New Vegas version of the GECK toolkit. Good stuff!<blockquote>New Features

New Dialogue Editor
* View and construct dialogue in a tree structure.
* Link NPC dialogue nodes to other NPC dialogue nodes without requiring a PC node in between.
* Automatically propagate speaker-defining GetIsID conditionals to new nodes.
* Copy/paste links directly without having to look up the appropriate topic or worry about topic names.
* Built-in support for low-intelligence dialogue options.

Well, they didn't lie about the GECK. Seems like it didn't quite have a complete overhaul, so Oblivion/Fallout 3 modders should be able to pick it up and start churning out some mods.
 
Fallout 3 is unbelieveable in many ways.

I can never understand why they make the two rpgs by this broken engine.

Yeah, the engine is terrible as are things like collision detection but Obsidian didn't have much of a choice if they wanted to bring out a game in the time they were given.

The fact that Bethesda is still not replacing it with a better one speaks of their interest in better quality.

I assume it's a patch to the Fallout 3 GECK? So unzip it into GECK's folder, I guess.
