Yes, I have the same, exactly since 17/10/2010. But they didn't took money from my credit card yet, which is very strange, because it was written that they take the money before the game will be send out. This leads me to believe that they will not send it out. Plus my mail above, which clearly says that my order is rejected.

So, it was settled for me and I searched for some other way to obtain the game from the UK.

so where are you getting CE from ? Or are you not getting CE anymore?

Third party people with connection to the UK. If you know someone you can trust, you should maybe ask as well. But keep in mind, that I can not guarantee now, that you order really will not be shipped. I am just going after what I've been told. If you really get your CE, lucky. But I doubt that they will send out mine, and even if they would still do, I would send it back, as it was stated, that my order is rejected.

Problem is, that GAME has exclusive rights to sell the CE in UK... this means, the only other way would be to maybe order it in the USA, but then it gets more expensive and needs longer shipping time, of course. Yadda-yadda, all bullshit and annoying.

Fallout 3 had a replayability of 10/10?
I played it through like, three times and that was just for all the trophies, there was really nothing new when I played it the second time through, much less on the third.
And sound? Don't even get me started.
And graphics suddenly has gone from 8 to 5? It's been 2 years since Fallout 3 and at the time that kind of graphics were better than average?
Fuck this shit, I'm not gonna' read any more reviews of this game, I'll just play it myself once I can get my hands on it.

Well, the Gamebryo engine is known for being a pile of bugs, so i don't think that Obsidian will be able to fix any other bugs than what's gameplay related.

Btw, bloody Bethesda, releasing it 3 days later for the EU.

I've stopped reading reviews, cause everyone's bitching about the graphics as their number one complaint, and after that come the same old bugs that Fallout 3 already had.

never gonna happen

but what could happen, with Zenimax's appetite..would be it buying Obsidian wholesale like they did with Id and Arkane.

And that might not be the worst thing, in best case scenario they could get full realm over Fallout franchise that way : ).

Bethesda will definitely keep the Fallout rights for as long as they can, but I would not be surprised if they had Obsidian make all future Fallout games from now on. This allows Bethesda to focus on TES instead.

Zenimax has a solid setup going for them if they choose this route:
id = tech guys who make the game engines and their own shooters
Splash Damage = multi-player shooters
Bethesda = fantasy RPGs
Obsidian = sci-fi RPGs

I can't say the same for EA or Activision.

Pelit magazine has too many fanboys doing reviews which is not a cool atribute with a journalist. Unless it's HST doing the review, which is unlikely.
