The BethBlog provides details for available pre-order options in (parts of) Europe, Australia and South-Africa, each now having outlets that provide the Collector's Edition, as well as the four special digital pre-order packs.

I guess I should be ordering that CE sooner or later if I want a crack at that graphic novel.

I like collector's editions anyway, better than Limited Editions with useless in-game DLC stuff.

I'm a weak man and have pre-ordered the Collector's edition. It's the first Collector's Edition game I've ever bought, I feel a bit dirty.

On the other hand, it sounds pretty cool.

And on the other. Fallout 3 2. Gamebryo. Bethesda.

Must... resist.... collector's...
Running outa room with all my other collector editions of games.

I see no reason to preorder already now. It's not like it's a limited edition or so.

Damn censorship!. Buying it in germany is a no-go because of that, if you want a preorder pack.
Well, i guess i have to scrap that and simply order a cheaper uk version from amazon.uk.

Australians have no reason not to buy it on Steam. For all of Bethesda's development misgivings, at least they are a kind enough publisher to avoid arbitary price gouging for Australian customers on Steam (where prices are often bumped up to $70-80 USD). Don't know if they're just as kind to our British and European friends as well, though.

Prices for games on Steam are also more expensive in germany as in every other online shop in that country.

You'll have to pay about 50 Euros per game on Steam, while you'll get it for about 42-44 Euros in other online stores.
UK is one of the cheapest available markets for european customers, where newly released games cost about 32 Euros.

I pre-ordered NW for PS3 a while back. Interestingly enough, I'm sure those pre-order packs will be made available via DLC at a later date.

Here in the UK, New Vegas currently costs £29.99 on Steam, I think the prices are the same elsewhere, except PS3 and Xbox 360 versions all cost £10 more. PC Collector's Edition costs £49.99, PS3 and Xbox 360 versions cost £69.99.
