Fallout Remastered OST available for free

By the way, we finally have track names for Fallout 2 music, we only had ones for Fallout 1.

Nope. I can't remember where I got them but my Fallout 2 soundtrack folder has the full track names as well.

Did I miss something?

The music I had since 2007 was with the same track names as this.
It's just 192kbits instead of 320kbits here with the recent re-release.

The old have longer intros & fade outs, and the new sounds more crisp.

But other than that? Mostly the same (same names) as far as I can tell.

Very nice!
Any chance to get them as flac files?

mp3 is so :x
They don't play well on my musicplayer somehow. I think I have to convert them to flac or something else.

Converting the mp3s to flac fixed my problems, songs are playing immediately and do not need 10sec to start anymore. Gapless playing is possible too now.
And now it even shows the album name correctly.

The songs are really awesome. Great day. thx to mark morgan!

I know I've never heard the bats at the beginning of the Cathedral track before.

Great stuff!

Are there tracks for F:T?

They're by Inon Zur, like Fallout 3, not Mark Morgan.

Hah, never realised the Tactics music was by the same guy as the Fallout 3 music! Learn something new every day. Do you think that was intentional on Bethesda's part? Or coincidence?

Well, the music from The Stand wasn't reused directly, his Redding track was pretty damn similar, but not identical.

Actually, this guitar line is really the same, note for note. Also, the bass synth line is the same as in The Stand, just played by another synthesizer (it is some KORG Synth I believe, the Stand one's sounding a bit thinner).

But really nice seeing the other newly mastered tracks. I already had some of them a few months ago. But here some minor changes occured to the tracks arrangement itself. Good.

Note, that not only MM worked on the Remaster. ;)
