Funney encounter text

Yup, was running around in the desert in Fo1...when I encountered something. But the text that is supposed to describe the encounter, was the exact same description as the More Criticals perk.

"You are more likely to cause Critical Hits in combat if you have this perk.
Each level of More Criticals will get you a +5% chance to cause a critical hit in.
This is a good thing."

Yep, exactly like that. It appeared in that Display Monitor. And here's the kicker, I actually recieved +5% to cause Critical Hits!
Just a funny thing, I guess.
