Ok, on the happy ending line, there seems to be some disagreement.

Does one get a happy ending by not optimizing the plant,
or can you optimize but not tell McClure?

Or do you screw the ghouls when you give McClure the economic data.

Want to save the ghouls this time. Last time I assassinated both Lynette and McClure, but that didn't work. Damn!

The best ending is unaccessible due to a bug in qcfrank script file. It would require you to fix the plant, optimize it. Then talk to Brain (the rat) and he'll give you the ankh (renew!). Go to Gordon and he'll give you the economic disk. Now you only need to give it to McClure.

I think to make a happy end to gecko, talk to Gordon and get the economic data disk. Talk to Harold and ask about the Hydroeletric Magnetophere Regulator. Go to Vault city and throw the Economic disk in any place. Go talk to McClure and tell that you can repair the Power Plant and stop the radiation poison, he will tell to you go to the Amenities ofice get the Hymag.

Why can't you give the disk to McClure??? Because the economic disk tells: The vault city power generator is running at the Maximum capacitie and without power, they can't grow up! If they find A BETTER POWER SUPPLY (you know what i mean) they will get it, specialy if the power is your neighbor!

Vault City seizes Gecko if you optimize the power plant. The econ disk doesn't have any influence on this. Giving it to McClure should enable you to get good ending for Gecko and VC but, as I wrote, there's a bug in the script file.
