It's not Chuck's fault that he's a direct to bargain bin developer, with such hits like...uh...uh...well, he's the man that brought you Run Like Hell!
Yeah...
It's funny that Chuck is taking the coward's way out, while Reflexive took the bites and criticism, then said "Okay, okay, perhaps we were a little off on some things. So what should be done to increase the gameplay potential of this game?"
Chuck is just like a naive little kid who plays the "ban/delete and play Iraqi Minister of Information" and then gets upset when people see right through his game. Reflexive has shown that they can learn, given Star Trek: Away Team and how that did mediocre and is pretty infamous. They know it was pretty stinker-quality, and went to make some improvements based upon their target audience.
Chuck is just hoping that he gets enough impulse sales for his game, it appears. It doesn't appeal to Fallout fans, and there's a few naive people who like the idea but haven't been shown exactly how bad the game is shaping to be nothing like Fallout or anything in its setting.
