Fallout shelter sings are all over the place in older parts of Maryland.They are mainly in older schools. I got one on Ebay for $20.

Signs like these are indeed all over America - my highschool had 3 of these hanging above entrances. Can't even begin to guess... Decomissioned missile silo? White House President Bunker? Area 51?

I thought these were kinda rare. Oh well. This one was taken in Washington DC. Somewhere near the L'enfant plaza.

The Boys restroom had one when I was in elementary school. But it wasn't to deep and you could see out side through the windows
