First time out of the vault
it looks really cool to me i just hope they have these weapons

1.chinese assualt rifle

2.non scoped guass rifle(the one from fallout 2)

3.acid water gun

4.m16

5.wattz 1000 laser rifle
 
Friend, you just opened a can of worms you will regret.

Well I think it is interestign to have some weaposn to screw aroudn with, it also seems to have some side quests that are about challenges usign the new weapons, it's only 5 dollars.
If it has junk weapons I might buy it.
 
At this stage, it's 50-50, or maybe 60-40 against, for me picking up the two packs. Sure, it's only $6 for the two but I do just fine without the starting packs. I did try the caravan pack once, it came with the game and I never even noticed the code on the insert until I'd played 2-3 times already. Pissed me off too because it was a US code that came in a Canadian version of the game (like the US and Canada needed different versions... morons) that screwed all my DLCs And there are enough weapons in the game, especially with available mods, for me to use.

In every playthrough I wind up with a collection of items that just sit in one of my hotel rooms. It's definitely no biggie to me.

Pulse Rifle, Pancor Jackhammer, 9mm Mauser, and the Gauss Pistol.
I hope it'll also have armor. I'd love to see the Fallout 1/2 Armors on my Couriers. It'll also be great to unleash electrical doom with the Pulse Rifle. The LAER was good, but no replacement for the Pulse Rifle. I'd also really love seeing the Jackerhammer to relive the days of mass murder with the good ol' Jackhammer. The Mauser because I think it would be neat to have an alternative 9mm pistol for npcs to use. Y'know, to add variety. The Gauss pistol just because.
 
You can already get a Wattz rifle on PC.

Fat lot that does me on my xbox. Both my pc and my laptop are terrible. I should be thankful my laptop can run Sims 3 without any problems.

Most of the Auto Axe is already included in NV's game files, so there's probably a good shot it will be in the GRA.

As for the add-on itself, I'm probably just gonna wait till it's packaged with the base game and all the real DLC.
 
I'll probably buy it once there is a more detailed list of what's in it. If the weapons are unique and not easily replicated by modders (and furthermore ones that I actually want), that would be the only way I get it.

Well, the old combat armor already is in NV. Not perfect, but still better than the Fallout 3 combat armor.
And man, I'm lucky I'm a PC user :D
I already have a Winchester City Killer, a Wattz 2000, a Bozar and all the other Fallout 1/2/Tactics weapon.
I'll wait what the DLC contains, then I'll decide if I want to spend money on it.
 
I don't get all the wanting guns from a previous game, what they should be doing is making original and fun weapons.
 
Why people want to pay 4 dollars for Fallout 3 weapons. :confused: I hope we will see not a single damn weapon from Fallout 3.
 
Wouldn't mind seeing a suppressor for the BHP, myself.

What New Vegas has really been missing is mods for melee weapons.
 
That's why I think they put a picture of that chainsaw in the release pack.

The motor casing looked cleaner and bigger than I recalled it being.

Personally, I would've preferred being able to scavenge some mods for weapons together early on, like hammering nails into a baseball bat or loosening the spring in the 9mm pistol's trigger so that it fires faster (less trigger pull = higher fire rate).
 
I'll have extra points after I get LR, so I'm getting both. Also, what's tbh?
Anyway, good news for people who want junk weapons. Look up "Nuka Breaker" in the vault.
