It makes for some awesome listening when playing Diablo or geeking out with room mates / friends. The Dead Ale Wives DnD skit does as well

Edit: It's probably best to stop after 3 minutes... this version seems to be extra long with some crappy stuff after 3 minutes.

But compared to the carnage Beth is doing to Fallout, it's absolutely nothing. Diablo fans don't really know the suffering of seeing a beloved franchise - except for those like me, who are also Fallout fans... :|
 
Blizzard + Boyarsky = Diablo 3 = Awesome

I've always been a fan of the Diablo series, not because of the super involving storyline, Blizzard never advertised it as such. The games always had pretty short and to the point quests: "Evil boss did this, kill him and bring back his sword." The greatest thing about it was BNET. When Diablo 2 introduced internet and ladder play, it made Diablo 2 alot of fun. Gave you a reason to keep playing and getting new items. Now that Boyarsky is working on the Diablo 3 project, I think it will make a very visually appealing and enjoyable game. I think this sequel to Diablo 2 will be phenomenal if you like this type of game...any other predictions out there?
 
Never was a fan of Diablo myself but I like its coop mode though. I'm somewhat interested in Diablo 3 because Leonard Boyarsky is involved but...yeah that's the only reason actually.
 
Yea, this game can't come out soon enough. And clone of titan quest seems like BS since it was a clone of diablo 2.

Diablo 3 is a great example of upgrading the graphics and modernizing the gameplay, while still remaining true to the game's core.

Sure there are those that point at WoW but, can you say it was not liked by most gamers? I can understand criticizing because the game was going to be a complete utter failure or was raping the previous installation/name of the game. In this case, WoW was not "warcraft" the title itself said it all, this is not the next installment of a series, its a different take on that universe... wow, I'm still taking aren't I? I'll see to that now.

Edit: P.S. I've been holding my breath for D3 as well.

Well maybe, but why buy another game if it just TQ? If for the mp, why not hit a mmo? I don't really get it

I never got too involved with Diablo2 but I just remember how impressed I was with the cinematics in the game. The visuals were great and don't look too dated even now and above all the voice acting and writing I felt were amazing. Like I said, I haven't played through the game but I imagined that with those cinematics the storyline would feel highly involving and interesting.
