help with fallout tactics character editor

First time out of the vault
i downloaded and installed the character editor for fallout tactics that edits your partys stats. the problem is that when i try to load my save game file to edit it i get an error message that says "Zu wenig Arbeitsspeicher." can someone out there tell me what this means and what i can do to correct the problem? thanks for the help

This is the translation, but I dont know what it means in your case, excepting you're using a Pentium II :rofl:
 
i'm using an AMD 4200 duel core and i have 1gig of ram so that doesn't make any sence. any ideas?
