How do I create Quests?

Simple as that I dont see anywhere instructions on how I can create quests and such. I am missing some tutorial?

Just set triggers, the most common ones used for objectives are campaign and mission variables. Read this http://jj86tutorials.stgfc.com/trigger_analysis.htm to get an idea of what you can do.

Have you Boosted all .bos archives into normal files and directories?
You need to go into "core\locale\missions", there you'll find text files for each mission, thay also contain mission description and set of Debrief parts.
How it works? Hm, can't find tutorial right now. But i remember to find this myself earlier: open Mission01 (Brahmin Wood), Mission02 (Freeport) and MissionB01 (Bunker Alpha). In triggers section one can find a good example of setting off quests. Most of trigger work is done inside mission, so look triggers in there first...

I have see JJ Trigger analysis but I got the wrong idea that the triggers for each mission were in a separate file based on how he described the whole thing.
