How do you start NCCS NosCo Companion System?

I have been searching all over for a tutorial or guide on how to actually start the mod. I use the Fallout Mod Manager, I've installed the NCCS Guide mod AND the NCCS master archive. I've never created a follower before, and have absolutely no idea how to work the mod. All the tutorials I see are for people who already know how to use NCCS, I don't. Can anyone tell me how to run it? Is it in Game? How does it work?

Dude, for which game is it? Is it for Fallout 1 or 2? Because this forum is meant only for modding the first two games, or modding games from outside the Fallout franchise into Fallout themes. What you're mentioning doesn't sound familiar to me at all, so maybe you mean some other game?
