Is there an easy way to change ammount of ammo by this formula: current ammout of ammo / 10? I am talking about all the ammo in the game exept npc warriors (does not include merchants, shops).

P.S. Sorry if this topic was discused, just dont have a time to search (I didint manage to find any info with simple search) and I am very curious.

P.P.S. Sorry for bad english.

Short answer no.

Long answer - all maps would need to be edited and most likely scripts of shop keepers as well.

"no" - :/. Just the idea that player is forced to use melee and unarmed weapons during the game makes me horny (yes, I know that you can just dont use the ammo, but that way damages the gameplay)

Thanks for the answer :).

Play my mod. There's very little ammo there and you do need to use melee and unarmed - shooting is simply too expensive and bullets are hard to come by.

"Try my mod" - I will, and I really like the idea of your mod, but yours is not finished, and I just want to play original F2 that way at the moment :D.

Try using Cubik's "F2wedit v1.3.1.11". There is an option to change the amount of bullets in one mag. But you must do it in every type of munition manually. Works with every Fallout 2 mod.

you can also script swapping the ammo(or anything else) with sfall, eliminating the need to edit all the maps,go to the site in my sig, megamod page, download swap ammo mod,it has the source code to swap items on map enter, pretty simple to do,hope that helps
