How to get Data cards to work with PIP?

Fallout 1.
I have about 5 data disk which say looks like it could be used in your PIP Boy.
I have tried to search the forums with no luck.
I have tried every thing and nothing seems to work.
Im guessing if it worked it would show up in PIP under data, which O have been able to download data to in Glow location, 3 files I believe, thou I cant see to work this out/

right click, use the hand icon to read them.

Not all Holodiscs can be downloaded into your PipBoy, and you seem to be doing it correctly, so I guess that's the explanation.

EDIT:
And by "doing it" I mean downloading, not whatever you perverts were thinking of
