[Solved] How to run F1\2 without a keyboard?

Every time I try to run F1 or 2 without a keyboard attached, I get "Failure initializing input device" error.
Changing BackgroundMouse\Keyboard to 1 doesn't help, and F1's sfall doesn't even have this option.
Any way to fix this?

What are you running it on? (that hasn't a keyboard)... Does this device have a software/virtual keyboard that you can run, prior to launching Fallout?

Sorry, forgot to mention.
It's Windows 8 tablet with attachable dock keyboard.
When the dock is attached, I can launch the game, then detach the dock and perfectly play it on a touch screen.
However, if the dock isn't attached, the game won't launch due this error.

Found out that "Control the mouse with the keyboard" option in Windows settings solves the problem.

Fallout had a lot [A LOT] of handy hotkeys. With the keyboard attached, press the F1 key in-game.

(You can also type the word BOOM on the credits screen for a laugh; but... the game only expects 640x480 resolution; so the secret effect will not look as planned, and not be fullscreen if you are using hi-res User Mods.. it still works, but they kind of ruin it.)
