Is there a Fallout 1 inventory editor?

I'm looking for a way to obtain lots of stuff in Fallout 1, because I want to do some weapon testing. Is there a way to do it, other than farming them in-game?

I know of a single weapon editor that allows you to just add some of the weapons/ammo. I want to test all of the end-game weapons.

I'd also appreciate it if someone tells me of a way to edit the items into my character with file editors, or something else that is not an inventory editor.

11 days with no response, so I take this answer for "no, currently there isn't an editor that can do this".

Then I'll get the items I need in-game. Then I'll upload my savegames for everyone who wants to test the weapons. I won't start it immediately, so if you have ideas for how to make this easier, please share them.
