Perhaps he has a higher intelligence. I note his ability to put together great art with I assume photoshop.

However...I have a higher post (kill) count. Clearly I am a combat boy and eh is a charisma boy.

Using High Charisma and intelligence, Vault-Dweller says something glib, like "I've heard of biting the bullet, but this is ridiculous", which makes all others in the vicinity respond with a sympathy laugh. Except for The_Vault_Dweller, who is dead.

It's actually a skirt, but he seems to think it's a kilt. He is a bit fruity, so he might have been going to take it off...
