J.E. Sawyer releases his own Fallout: New Vegas mod

Gomorrah Prostitutes Alignments changed from Neutral to Good
They should have also mentioned that their alignment is not just simply "Good" but "Lawful Good"

Methinks the neutral alignment for prostitutes was the right one...

It's because they aren't automatically evil persons just because of being prostitutes.

Sawyer explained it somewhere very good, can't find it right now.

All of them can't be automatically good either, or am i wrong? For them, neutral is the best alignment if you ask me. Perhaps Sawyer has a personal sympathy for prostitutes... if so, then my comments are absolutely useless

The basic concept of morally "good/neutral/bad" makes no sense in this setting anyway, no point really to discuss it much IMO. ;)

Well, in my opinion, the judgement shouldn't be made based on if the NPC is good / bad (character-wise), but if your action is good or bad. Prostitutes in the wastelands probably do their job primary because they want to stay alive and not for their own pleasure. Does this make them less good people? If the player on the other hand is enterin the house of pleasure and starts randomly killing prostitutes, there is no way he should not gain bad karma for this action.

Regarding FNV, the prostitutes do not engage in combat if I remember correct, so again: If you kill them then probably because you wanted to and not because they are evil minions, trying to eat your heart. I see gaining bad karma for killing them in this situation as the only logical outcome. Therefore, their alignment should be all set to good+. I think Sawyer explained it like that as in one of the Formspring question answers as well.
