I have traveled to The Glow to bring something back to the Brotherhood, but I cant find anything but a large crater there.

The map says "entrance", but I cant find anything to enter! Am i supposed to somehow enter the crater?

If so please tell me how to, before saying anything else.

what would you do in real life? two words: B**M, R**E...figure out the rest your self, or read the walkthroughs all over nma :ok:

What would I have done in real life? I dont know. I would try to get some bones with me at least, but I cant pick up any of the bones that are lying around, and the dead guys dont have anything on them...
Or, I would try to enter the crater, but as mentioned it does not seem possible. And I cant figure out those two words. Two more letters? :lol:

Oh, and I edited my orginal post, please read it again :)

And I dont really like walkthroughs, before you know it you know everything you didnt want to know! Its easier to control the flow of (unwanted) information to an abosulute minimum by asking thinking humans instead :wink:
 
There is a pillar to the left side of the blast crater.

Attach a rope to it then climb down it. You'll need 3 more ropes as well to get down other lifts lower down.
 
That was right, except you dont need more than one rope, its in vault 15 you need lots of ropes, but you'll find them when you are there, cept the first one...

oh, and RopE, BeaM...duh
 
Okey, I skipped everything except the first line of the post after mine last (I hope that was not too confusing :P )

I found the beam/pillar now. It was quite dark, and the crater is large so I am not ashamed for not finding it that fast :P

Anyway, last question: I need a rope, right (I am already on my way to fetch one, please answer only yes/no).

Not Fallout fans in general, just geeks. ... Just that a lot of fallout fans tend to be geeks.

The answer you wanted is "yes". You need one rope. For the beam at the crater. That's all. After that you'll only need keycards to go deeper underground.

If you don't figure out how to use the elevators, however, don't come here. You might not survive it.

Blah, fuck the Glow! I was outta there the moment I got the disk :P
(planning on returning sometime in the future, though).
Right now I'm grieving the loss of Ian and dogmeat in a supermutant-attack :(
