Just When I Think the Whole World is Going to Hell ...

Yeah, good stuff. Let's hope the new episodes are better than the weak movies (didn't like the format too much) :ok:

A momentous occasion in the history of broadcasting.

And they were good episodes, too.

but I have to dissapoint you. The hell is STILL going to the world ... I mean the world is STILL going to hell. Yeah.

I was trying to say "...going to hell in a handbasket..." but it wouldn't fit.

:resumes countdown until next Hedonismbot appearance:

I believe the new episodes are only airing on Comedy Central, I'm 90% sure. And damn it, I missed it; wanted to see if it still is like the old episodes.

Think they'll be better. The main problem I had with the "films" was the poor pace of timing which made the jokes fall flat and the ideas run out. Going back to the episodic format should help that out.

I've only seen one so far, but they haven't skipped a beat. They picked up exactly how they left off in every conceivable way. It's as if they never stopped.

I guess CC picked it up after being canceled by Fox. CC finally atones for canceling Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Now all they need is to get Chapelle into anxiety therapy and put Kilborn back on the Daily Show.

This crept up on my too, I would've gone out of my way to see it if I knew it was on. Was late-night channel surfing and stumbled upon it. The ultimate in serendipity I was stoned and my system just upgraded CC to HD for free. Sublime.

IIRC they're airing new ones Thursday nights.

Kilborn has a new show on FOX; I think the first episode aired this week.

There's alot of places showing the episodes, now that they've been on. Gotta see them if you missed them the first time.

I am not one to normally suck the collective cock of popular tv shows. Franchises such as Family Guy and American Dad irk me with there popularity.

Futurama however I will give great praise for. I cannot think of a single episode fell into a boring routine for me like the above mentioned shows did. Each one felt fresh and was chock full of comedic gold.

Citizen Sniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiips

I watched a couple of futurama episodes, though i like the Simpsons more, but the series that steals everything is The Boondocks.

I've seen some of the new episodes and found them a bit of let down. Maybe because they were centered around Leela's and Fry's romance. Its like are you trying to be a knock off "Friends" with Monica and Chandler?
