Hi my game is lagging from time to time. How can I forge the lowest grafical settings? I find the in game options lacking..

Before you do anything, update your graphics card drivers. Latest drivers often contains optimizations for certain games, so maybe a newly released one can improve performance without impacting visual quality.
You can then try using the configuration utility available through the launcher. Just select the lowest resolution available, choose "None' at Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering.
Next you can click Low on Details and then, by clicking on Advanced, uncheck every possible option and slide any cursor to the far left.
Finally, in the bottom options, uncheck everything and turn Screen Effects to "None".
Not sure how the game will look set up like that.
