As I recall bethesda promises some music selection. Apparently the Pipboys on the east coast are also I-pods (and those poor vault dwellers on the west coast got inferior products!). Well, given Bethesda reinvention/destruction of the game, what should be on the box? Furthermore, what should the theme song be?
Folks, try to be consistent with the fallout franchise and canon. I know Bethesda doesn't think that's important as they own the license and I fully expect Megadeath to be a Bethesda Pipboy option. However, if we all got to rape the franchise like Bethesda, than we'd be partially responsible for putting the Fallout Franchise into the gutter of used-up has-beens.
I'd like to think there are some of us here who continue to celebrate the beauty of the game and who refuse to partake in Bethesda's fashion of using and degrading our little jewel of a game.
As for me, I think Inkspot's "I don't want to set the world on fire" would be / is a great choice.
It would be ironic if Bethesda went with the Inkspots, "I am not the same old me." To which the Fallout fans could response with the Inkspots "you're breaking my heart."
I wonder- what are the odds that the developers listen to the Inkspots?
(interested in listening to the Inkspots and you're in the US- try this link- Inkspots Radio - its a pandora station and they mix in music that follows a similiar 'genome' as the Inkspots).
