First time out of the vault

I just make this build:

Specials:

St: 6 (+2 st with buffout to take slayer perk)
Per: 6 (for better criticals)
En: 10
Ch: 2 (i will take just marcus as companion)
In: 7
Ag: 10
Lk: 6

Traits:

Gifted and Jinxed. (never tried the last one)

Tags:

Unarmed (only this for fight)
Speech
Steal (but i think lockpick would be better)

Perks: (in sequence till lvl 24)

Toughness
Bonus move (to fast run to enemy and also chase)
Better criticals (for 1 hit death)
Lifegiver
Bonus HtH Attacks
Action Boy
Action Boy
Slayer




I made this build after disqusion on reddit fallout comunity. It was some difrent before it.

Unarmed is my favourite build for fallout 2. It's partly because I think it makes for a cool tone in the game. I tend to forgo endurance for charisma because I love having a full party. Like you get to be Kung Fu Jesus and his disciples. I find that toughness isn't as useful in late game in particular because everyone's got weapon penetration. Action boy was always an after thought for if I reached 30, which totally can happen. I reached 34 on my enclave storming run. I tend to favour unarmed dodge to make it harder for ranged burst fire to take me out at a distance. I might even take bonus movement again or silent running to make the character have better dlchase and disengagement game.
 
Would actually move points from Endurance to Intelligence rather than Luck. IIRC Slayer builds aren't really Luck dependent like Sniper builds are (though still, in the 23 levels before you get Slayer you want a decent crit chance). More INT is more Skill points, though, and skill points are nice (especially when you start at a disadvantage in skill points due to Gifted).

EDIT: Oh, Jinxed. Yeah, you want HIGH luck for that. Could probably stand to cut END to like 6 or so IMO and split the points between INT and LUK.

EDIT 2: Definitely go for Lockpick over Sneak, OP, unless you really want like a themed "Ninja" build (which you don't seem to be going for).
