So it looks like the NCR is the major faction in the region, not a surprise. The guy's helmet at the end reminded me of some other fairly recent game, though I can't think of what it was. I assume that he's wearing an environmental suit? I'm not so sure how well this rebuilding thing is going to work. I liked the robot in the video, thought it looked very fitting for Fallout.

It all makes sense. The Fallout timeline is just an AU of the Command & Conquer universe. Stalin won against the Allies and was executed by Kane, transistors never became popular, and then everything else happened.
