Outside a cartoonish parody, i have a bit of troubles imagining a behemoth nightkin doing his report.

I've looked in the GECK and there are Behemoth models carried over from Fallout 3 but they aren't textured and are unused.
Not sure where else you'd find references to behemoths. Perhaps whoever told you this made it up?

Regardless of absurdness of it i think it would have been hilarious to see a nightkin behemoth. Would it have also used a giant fire hydrant? Also would it be intelligent? We will never know
