No Mutants Allowed is currently experiencing some issues with old file links being broken. Our web- and filehost - AtomicGamer - let their old url of 3ddownloads expire, and a lot of our file links older than a few years were still pointing to that site. This has broken quite a few links in our files section.

If you're looking for a specific file, we'd advise heading over to our AtomicGamer file folder and looking around manually. We will hopefully get this issue sorted out sooner than later. Meanwhile, if there are any links on the main page that are broken - like the Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 music pages we just fixed - please let us know.

EDIT: this issue should be fixed now.
 
Yeah, I wanted to ask the same. I know that there is the Mark Morgan Soundtrack from FO1/2 on Atomic Gamers, but is it also allowed to upload our own fan music here?
 
That's an...uh...good question. I don't know. The music page is just for the OSTs. I have nothing against people uploading, I guess we could make our Fan Fiction folder into general "fan-made artistries" folder.

Also, the problem should be fixed now
 
It's Fan Fiction/Fan Art forum, so music fits just right in.

Only problem is that we do not really have an upload engine that could handle larger files; If you want to, you can try to use our Files section or send files to us. Of course, you can also post threads linking to YT or a file sharing site.
 
I never liked atomic gamer it made you wait, for the small size of most files there is some one out there that can probably provide non waiting hosting i'd think.

I agree. I had to wait 8 minutes yesterday for a file that was only a couple hundred kb. :shock:

Maybe we could, in Fan Art section, have an Upload Music option on the top? There we can give a link to the song/track from other sites (Last.fm or person's own website for example).

CTG Music Community does that, so they don't have to use their own server.

Of course, then we cannot upload someone else's music for copyrighting reasons.

Yes, we're looking into that. We have atomicgamer because they're also our server host, and I think it's part of the deal that we use them as a filehost, but honestly, they do kind of suck.

For now, it is what it is.

as soon as you start making significant donations, i'm sure BN & his crew would be glad to comply. until then, i'm pretty sure they're stuck with what they have.
 
Yes. Only excess amount of <s>booze and hookers</s> much needed dough can convince us to alter the status quo.

Seriously, though, we are working on betterment in this department.
