I was just wondering if Obsidian, or Josh Sawyer especially, have made any comments/reviews of Fallout 4 since it was released. I remember reading an article awhile back about his hopes and expectations for Fallout 4, but would love to hear their opinions on the monstrosity that the game turned out to be.

The Youtuber MrMattyPlays did a terrible interview with Chris Avellone over Skype I believe and allll Matty wanted to talk about was Fallout 4, because he's a shill. If you're interested I could probably dig up that review.

That's the only one I'm aware of though.

Oh god, I can't believe I actually used to like MrMattyPlays. I'll do my best to make it through this "interview".

It just begs the question, why the fuck would they get Chris Avellone on a Fallout 4 centered podcast? Chris is a great guy, why the hell would you waste his time talking about FO4 when there's so much to talk about with FO2/NV? Games he actually fucking worked on?

Given how Mr. Avellone sounds during the video, I'm going to assume he was just told it was going to be a general Fallout interview, where they'd talk about Fallout as a whole. It's just that, like I said, Matty-boy is a shill so of course it ended up completely deflating into nothing but Fallout 4 because that's all Matty-boy knows right now.

Is there some solid moments throughout the cast or is it just a total cringefest the entire way through? This is pretty awful lol

No, not really. It's just poor Mr. Avellone trying to be polite as Matty keeps insinuating how Fallout 4 was the best Fallout game. Skip if you want, I only posted it because it's what the OP asked for.
 
I'm going to try to muster the strength to watch this interview in full, but I think I'm going to need your support...for when, you know, I contemplate suicide halfway through.

It's definitely what op asked for lol, i'm just.. struggling pretty badly right now. Any time Chris talks is great, but after he's done talking they just start laughing about some stupid shit. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if these guys came from the Call of Duty crowd, it really does sound like it.
 
I just got to the part when someone brings up the voiced protagonist. So far Chris sounds like he really hasn't enjoyed Fallout 4, but is just sparing Matty's feelings. I'm hoping Chris says something along the lines of "The voiced protagonist was cancer, just a bad decision from Bethesda all around."
