Good.
1) it's a strange metal inlay, teh like of which I've seen on metal plates. In Fallout. No buttons, no interface. A friend of mine is currently coloring it, so that shouldn't be a problem - you'll see what I mean when it's done.
2) I did some ref and am pretty sure they're pretty close, the problem is with the way I build volumes - they always look weird to those unaccustomed. Plus there's bound to be at least one suit of Power armor with different pads. Will bear in mind for next time, though. I might have lost it while clearing the lines up too, beacause of messy pencils.
3) and 4) yeah, but the minigun was totally not the point. Should've ref'ed more, but was not in the mood.
5) it is possible, though highly improbable, to see only three of the 6 barrels, from a certain position. Coloring will help a lot here. The problem with the barrels is overall laziness - I should've turned the muzzle a little towards us, but that's totally not the point. Plus taht would've killed the initial life of the drawing. See, if a drawing is not done quickly, when you're in the mood, you are more likely to just kill it. All those little inaccuracies actually help the drawing seem alive. Or so I believe.
6) Yes and no. There should be gimmicky stuff SOMEWHERE and around the overlapping portions there's bound to be more of it. I did exagerate the hip-shoulders proportions a little, but the overall silhoutte of the Power armor is such - with a thin waist. Helps the heroic feel.
Thanks a lot for the crits, it did make me consider being more careful when doing Fallout fanart. Most of the time the reaction is blank stares, for I hadn't known many people with such a passion ofr the game. Before I got here.
